MADE TO ORDER
Please be aware that due to the precious nature of our stock, some of our products are made to order. You will see these indicated in the product details. For made to order items, please contact us to discuss your order, payment and expected delivery times.
We are happy to exchange or refund unwanted goods. All returned items must be unused, in the same condition and in the original packaging that you received. Please note that special commissions, personalised goods and gift vouchers are non-refundable. If you require us to make ring in a specific size, then this is classed as a special order and is non-refundable.
You must email us on firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number and return the goods within 14 days of receiving your order. Pack all goods securely in their original packaging with all labels, care information and in protective outer packaging before posting.
All returns should be sent via a secure signed for postal service (Royal Mail Special Delivery in the UK). We advise you to keep your proof of posting. The returns address is:

Once we are in receipt of the return we will be able to credit your account within 30 days, for the full amount of the goods excluding any delivery charges.
We are unable to accept returned goods which have been worn or damaged; goods which are not returned in their original packaging; special commissions; personalised goods and gift vouchers. Please note that made to order pieces are non-refundable. Returns received outside the above time frames are at the discretion of Flora Bhattachary Fine Jewellery.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged, or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 1 month after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Items deemed to have suffered wear and tear may be repairable. We may make a small charge for this service and for postage.
Duties and Taxes
Please be aware that any customs duties or taxes incurred by the posting of goods outside the UK will be the responsibility of the purchaser. We will do our best to ensure that these are covered within the postage and via the customs forms details, but international customs may occasionally require additional duties to be paid.
