BESPOKE PROCESS
We work on a range of commissions from one off bespoke designs to customisations and the remodelling of unworn jewels. Read more about different levels of customisation here. Tweaks to existing designs offer an easy and cost effective route to personalising. Our fully bespoke options start at £3,500 for earrings and pendants and around £4,000 for rings.
The first stage is to meet for a chat - either at our studio or via video. We'll discuss budgets, timeline and any thoughts you have on stones, style and metals. Custom and bespoke design can take anywhere between 8 to 16 weeks - depending on complexity - so try to plan ahead. If you have a particular deadline now is the moment to tell us.
SELECTION
We'll source certified and ethical precious stones from our trusted suppliers for you to view. You can read more about our materials here.
After agreeing a design plan, we'll provide hand drawn sketches and a digital or gouache render to help you to understand and visualise the final piece. For significant commissions we ask for an initial design and stone sourcing fee. This is deductible from the final cost at the end of our bespoke project.
APPROVAL
After approval of our bespoke design, we ask for a 50% non returnable payment with the balance payable on completion. Your bespoke jewellery will then be crafted at our Goldsmiths' Centre studio.
We'll present your final jewel in a branded box with any grading reports. We are happy to provide free insurance valuations and a free re-sizing if needed.
